Bushland Health Group Limited has an extensive villa unit and apartment independent living program provided on 5 sites across the valley.

Although the services provided across the sites are consistent the range of accommodation varies in price and size providing all prospective residents a broad choice that is sure to meet most of their needs and expectations.

Although we have waiting lists we welcome enquiries about any of our independent living facilities at any time, units do become available from time to time and we have had situations where those on the waiting lists were not ready to make the move when they have been advised of a vacancy . In these cases the vacancy has been filled by a prospective resident who has been on the waiting list for a short time.

Cost of entry and pay back calculation on departure

The repayment arrangements on departure from a unit in simple terms are as follows:

       The resident receives their money back

            Less     0.5% per month or part thereof of occupancy for a maximum

                       period of five (5) years

            Plus       20% of captial growth
